INSPECTIONS AND RIGGING

From precisely completing required dedicated or post-handling net inspections, mooring and rigging checks, hull and propeller condition inspections, Tayaus has a proven track record of accuracy. We have an abundance of experience with rigging nets and peripheral equipment installation and removal.

MORTAILITY AND ROV

Routine mortality removal is critical to maintaining the health of any stock. We can assist with ensuring smolt mortality is removed frequently and with surface supply we are equipped to remove any type of elevated mortality events. We are equipped with a ROV to quickly do cage by cage assessments for equipment damage or mortaility.

TECHNICAL PROJECTS
SPECIALITY WORK

Tayaus has been frequently tasked to assist during treatments including tarping with therapeutants, thermolicing and hydrolicing. We have also been involved with harvesting activities, pressure washing of equipment, barges and vessels for biosecurity and transfer as well as various other tasks specific to the aquaculture industry.

Luke Ingersoll established TayAus Diving in 2017 and since inception he has fully supported the aquaculture industry in Newfoundland. As the industry evolved, with equipment advancements, improvements in husbandry practices, biosecurity, and engaging professionals from around the world, TayAus has followed suit by advancing its own equipment, training its core team of experienced divers, and building a very robust health and safety program.
